WHAT WE DO
Designed for the land. Built for the way you want to live.

Custom homes
Thoughtful residential building shaped by the site, and built with an engineer's disciplined construction process.

Agricultural storage & barns
Storage buildings and barns planned around actual agricultural use, siting, access, grading, and the applicable review path. Metal construction alone does not establish an exemption.

Farm & ranch improvements
Practical improvements and qualifying maintenance of established facilities, roads, and drainage, with the precise scope and required approvals checked before work begins.

ADUs & existing-unit assessments
Inland ADU feasibility and construction, including current County-authorized pre-reviewed plans where appropriate. We also assess potential compliance paths for existing units; legalization is not automatic.

Feasibility & project rescue

Construction management
Paid property feasibility, stalled-project review, scope and budget review, and owner-side coordination to clarify decisions before committing to construction.
Experienced coordination of scope, consultants, schedules, and construction teams. Small farmworker-housing opportunities are considered selectively after employer, site, infrastructure, and approval screening.
HOW WE HELP
Start with the property. Then make the plan.
A defined, paid assessment helps identify the intended use, likely jurisdiction and approval path, practical site constraints, and preliminary scope and budget risks. If a project is a good fit, we can coordinate the next steps and develop a construction proposal. Specialist studies, design, permit fees, and agency decisions are addressed separately as needed.
BEFORE WE ESTIMATE
A useful first conversation covers:
01 / Property address, APN & permitting jurisdiction
02 / Intended use, zoning & acreage
03 / Access, water & wastewater
04 / Grading, drainage & existing permits
05 / Working budget & desired timing
County procedures discussed here generally apply to unincorporated SLO County property. For a city property, we first confirm the actual permitting jurisdiction.
EXPERIENCE & PERSPECTIVE
More than one kind of ground to cover.
Documented career materials describe work involving agricultural barns, metal storage buildings, ranch development, complex site coordination, and farm-support improvements, alongside residential building. Those records inform our experience; a combined historical project description is not a claim that every listed component was completed or is currently permitted.
The value of that background is practical judgment: understanding the property, bringing the right people into the conversation, and separating what is ready to build from what first needs investigation or approval.

LET'S BEGIN
Tell us about the property.
Whether the need is a barn, ranch improvement, ADU, custom home, or a project that needs a clearer path forward, share the basics. We'll review your inquiry and discuss an appropriate next step. An inquiry is not a permit or construction commitment.

Jurisdiction matters: SLO County rules referenced on this site generally concern unincorporated County parcels. City properties require confirmation of the responsible permitting jurisdiction. Coastal and other site-specific requirements may differ.
Examples and strategy information are general only—not parcel-specific permit determinations, legal opinions, approval-date promises, or guarantees. All work is subject to site-specific review and applicable approvals.
